Article 8 Obligations of Members ① The Member shall comply with the matters stipulated in these Terms and Conditions, all regulations, notices, and operating policies set by the Operator, and related laws and regulations, and shall not engage in any acts that interfere with the business of the Site or damage the reputation of the Site. ② Members may not transfer or bequeath the right to use the service or other status under the use contract to others unless expressly agreed by the site, and may not provide it as collateral. ③ Members shall pay considerable attention to the management of their ID and password, and shall not provide their ID to a third party to use without the consent of the operator or the site. ④ Members shall not infringe on the intellectual property rights of the operator, the site, and third parties. Article 9 Service Hours ① The service hours are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, unless there are special business or technical obstacles. However, the Site may suspend the service on a day or time determined by the Site for regular maintenance, expansion and replacement of the system, and the suspension of the service due to scheduled work will be announced on the homepage of the Site in advance. ② However, the Site may temporarily or permanently suspend the Service without prior notice or warning in the following cases. Article 10 Termination of Service Use ① If a member wishes to terminate the use contract with the Site, the member must apply for registration termination online. On the other hand, the termination of the use contract for the Site must be made separately from the use of the Site. ② Upon application for termination, the site-related programs provided by the site will be automatically deleted from the member management screen, and the operator will no longer be able to view the information of the applicant. Article 11 Restrictions on Service Use Members shall not engage in any of the following acts, and in the event of such acts, the site may restrict the member's use of the service and take lawful measures, and may terminate the use contract or suspend the service for a specified period of time. ① Registering false information when registering as a member or changing information after registration Interfering with the use of the site by others or stealing information Impersonating the management, employees, or related parties of the site Infringe on the personality rights or intellectual property rights of the Site, other third parties, or interfere with their business Fraudulently using another member's identity Collect, store, or disclose personal information about other members without their consent. ⑦ Acts that are objectively judged to be connected with a crime ⑧ Acts that violate other relevant laws and regulations. Article 12 Management of Posts ① The operator is responsible for the management and operation of posts and materials on the site. The operator shall always monitor for bad posts and materials, and if he/she finds or receives reports of bad posts and materials, he/she shall delete such posts and materials and give attention to the member who registered them. On the other hand, members are responsible for the posts posted by themselves, so they should not post any posts that violate these Terms of Use. ② If there is a request for correction from a public institution such as the Information and Communication Ethics Committee, the operator may delete or move the post without the prior consent of the member. ③ The criteria for judging bad posts are as follows: If it is a content that severely insults or damages the reputation of other members or third parties, if it disseminates or links to content that violates public order and morals, if it promotes piracy or hacking, if it is an advertisement for profit, if it is objectively recognized to be connected to a crime, if it infringes on other users or third parties and other rights such as copyright, if it is judged to be in violation of other related laws ④ The Site and the Operator may temporarily suspend (suspend transmission of) the posting if the Site receives a request from a third party to suspend the posting due to infringement of rights such as defamation or intellectual property rights, and if a lawsuit, settlement, or other equivalent decision of a relevant organization has been made between the requestor and the post registrant and is received by the Site. Article 15 Damages The Member shall be primarily responsible for all civil and criminal liabilities arising from this Site. ② If the damages received by the Member from the Website are caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or intentional or negligent acts of the Member, the Member shall not be liable for damages.
